When going to the restroom especially a public restroom it does not hurt to wash then go and then wash and leave. At least go and then wash. Boys the above advice is really good since you will be touching your penis before you go and after you shake off the droplets.

/where I work we handle really icky infectious stuff like pee and blood. Even though we wear gloves we always wash after we take off our gloves then go then wash again. Sometimes we even wash 2 times before we go cause we don't want to catch the stuff we're looking at!

I have a hard time understanding your question. Are you asking us if we wash in as a shower or taking a leak and just leave? Well, for me I just take a leak and forget about washing it becuse we live in a dirty world anyways so why not...spread it........LOL..... just kidding.
