Call your previous employer and let them know that they will hear from your lawyer and that you will be going to court to get your check.

Labor Board mediation if you are Union.
Lawsuit, if you aren't.
Federal Department of Labor is a fairly screwed up system, that takes months to years.
What did you do to piss 'em off? Was it fun? Were you alone, or, was someone with you? Can we see the photos?

Either that or just drive by your old boss' house some night and send a 12 gauge deer slug through his bedroom wall. Next afternoon call up and politely ask I he realized he hadn't sent your last paycheck.

labor department, will get you the money, but the employers can only pay the min wage for that state if he wants. if you made 15.00 an hour all he really has to pay is 5.15. he might play that trick on you, unfortually it is legal. bummer huh?
I own my own company so I know the rules.

Call the Labor Board..They cannot hold ur paycheck.

Report them to the better business bureau. There may be a labor place that works on these issues.

Contact your local US Department of Labor, Wage and Hour division... Explain to them and open an investigation... It worked for me... Good luck.
