Well, I am in the property management business and find someone who can't get a legal name change and ss # take on someone who has passed away many many years ago and it flies for the most part.
I knew that when I run their credit report and it stated deceased in 1942.
Good luck on finding the true answer to that one. I am sure there is a way. Just gotta know somebody who knows somebody !

If you really want to do this, try moving to a totally new location. You don't know anybody. There's no people that knew you back when you were a geek in grammar school.
It's totally up to you to greet and meet up with people. They are getting to know you as who your are right now. If you want to change your evil ways, this is great, because you don't have the same friends that you used to do evil things with. You are free to meet up with a different group of people.

Well, learn how to spell. Then change as a person. Recognize who you are now, and do different things. If you want to be a better person, volunteer, excersise, read, make new friends. Go back to school. Get a new job. Move.

Changing your name is something you have to petition a court to do. As for your existence, there is no way to do that short of not being born. Life is precious, life is what we choose to make it. No matter where you came from, it's where you go that counts.

Changing your name requires you to fill out a form at the local courthouse. There is another form to fill out to change your existence.
