coz polar bears liv in the north pole while the penguins live in the south pole.

Because polar bears live in the arctic region and penguins live in the antarctic region. There is no area where the two are likely to encounter each other. Seals are the main predators of penguins.

Polar Bears are on the North Pole.

Penguins are on the South Pole.

The could meet in a zoo, and I'd bet the bears would eat the penguins.

Because there are no penguins in the Arctic, where the Polar bears are; and there are no polar bears in the Antarctic, where the penguins are.

They do not live in the same place.
Polar Bears are a northern hemisphere animal and Penguins are southern hemisphere bird.
