This problem occur when I try to download mail attachment with dimension>528 KB. If I try to download mail attachment on other computer I can. I think that this is a settings problem of mail account or Internet connection

it might be due to some problem due to the corruption of the attached file. in that case please go to nearest cyber cafe and try downloading it there. even if it doesnt work then please try to re send him/her.

Do you recieve any type of error message? What type of file is it? Is it incoming or outgoing?
and how large is the file?

lost connection while downloading i guess. try to redownload the attachment....
