If you would like to update the drivers (i'm assuming you don't want a totally new vid card) check out;

You might have to go looking but i believe radeon uses the same drivers for all of its vid cards.

Try this:
http://www.opendrivers.com/driver/211959/ati-radeon-9200-9100-driver-6.14.10.6414-win2000-xp-free-download.html

You can update the driver on your graphics card, but it will not update your graphics card. If you want to upgrade your graphics card, then you need to change the hardware. You need to get a new card and physically install a new one inside your tower.

I will use my emachines T5010 as an example.
First Find out what Type of Connection its using.
It could use the following:
PCI
PCIe (PCI express)
AGP
My computer uses PCI
All i need to do now is go to your local Computer store and look for a graphics card that fits PCI connections.
That is what you should do.
(You may not be using PCI i know my computer does yours may be different)
