I live in the northwest part of Colorado. The pay per view channel it's on is is 801 from 5:30 - 9:00 and it costs $39.95

In Bloomington, Indiana and surrounding counties it's PPV channel 99 if you have digital cable, but ask the cable company to be sure when ordering the show. If you have non-digital cable like I do you're SOL.
