I too am unable to access my email or send. However, my friend who is also on yahoo and is using my laptop is having no problem.
I have to download some past emails for a conference call in the next hour. Does anyone know if there is a telephone help number to access someone within yahoo to correct the problem?

I don't know but I am having the same problem. It would be a good idea if yahoo concentrated on getting the basics right (eg email availability at all times), not on adding endless extra features. As I pay for my yahoo mailbox (to get extra storage space) I am not impressed.

Yahoo! is still probably having troubles with many accounts in different places of the world, but here in America where I live my e-mail is working just fine and so is Messenger, so it may take time yet before they have EVERYONE'S account up and running to full power, but I have no idea what caused this since yesterday.

Yesterday Yahoo was working on their servers. Alot of people couldn't check email or access Messanger. Most if not all couldnt access messanger. Yahoo is updating their servers. please also remember the US is recording record high energy use. Especially in the california area

It looks as though yahoo mail users are all having problems logging into their mailboxes. I can't get my mail either! Don't worry though, as if it's a big enough problem, Yahoo should sort it out sooner or later.

yahoomail is working fine. there is problem with the yahoo messenger since yesterday. it may be due to their server upgradation or maintainance.

yahoo are having problems with the server(s)
if you click on all questions you will see every body is asking about it when they have fixed all the problems you will get yours
and me mine chill out every body we will get our mail eventually

mine email wasnt working for ages put i persistantly kept tryin to open them and it worked
