The U.S.A and Great Britain gave the jews Israel....the jews didnt just take the land it was given to them. They even gave back some land and yet you people still say they stole the land. And plus why fight over a small area...are you people(muslims) just war mongering??

The jews have had that land for thousands of years...muslims kept on spreading and eventually took over that spot of land. It was the jews land first and they have a right to get it back. Its such a small are anyways why fight for it??? warmongering?

IF YOU READ THE BIBLE OR KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT BIBLICAL HISTORY. THE WEST BANK AND THE GAZA STRIP WERE PROMISED(BY GOD) TO THE JEWS(HEBREW NATION) WHEN THEY WERE EXILED OUT OF EYGPT. YOU KNOW THAT WHOLE MOSES THING, 40 YEARS OR SO IN THE DESERT, THE TEN COMMANDMENTS. OVER THE YEARS THOUGH PEOPLE OF OTHER ETHNIC AND RELIGIOUS BACKGROUNDS HAVE MOVED IN SO THEY JUST KINDA GAVE TO THEM TO KEEP THOSE PEOPLE OUT OF ISRAEL. BELIEVE IT IF YOU WILL.

yes you're right the us and Britain gave the Jews Israel, but it was not theirs to give, they simply occupied it after chasing out the Nazis and Turks who also took in in their quest for global domination. it was not Israeli land for thousands of years it was Palestine. Historically the Jewish people were nomadic, under the roman empire the area was occupied and developed, and even then was called palestina. Nations cannot rightfully simply move their military into an area and hand it to another, that is theft. the west has done this for one simple reason.. because in the bible there's an Israel, and it doesn't suit the book very well if there is no such place any longer. so after the atrocities of WW2, when the Jewish people did not want to live in Germany or most of Europe for that matter, which stood idly by while most of Hitlers expansion began, the US and Britain decided to give them a nation of their own, and handed them most of Palestine.

People don't understand because they don't WANT to understand. No one studies history anymore (no money in it, unless you know what you're doing), and all of these uninformed idiots are screaming that THEY are right! Pathetic. You'll get no argument from this quarter, but I would like to add that when Britain 'designed' Isreal after WWII, they didn't give back all of the traditional, Biblical Jewish homeland. The occupied territories should also have been given back. This whole deal is Britains fault, if we need to point fingers. And yes, the US had a hand in this mess as well, so Britain isn't totally at fault.

And as far as 'not giving what you don't own?' Britain had occupied this region after the war. Therefore, they owned it. To the victor go the spoils, including land.

It has less to do with the size of the land than with the importance of the land

And what about the Arabs who lived there for thousands of years and are now part of Israel ? Do they get votes in a democracy ? some people preach democracy and freedom and some abide by it.
