I am trying to motivate a 6yr old to write about so I thought of using these huge, silly glasses to model my writing . I was going to say the glasses help me with my writing ideas and they spark my imangination.
Is this a stupid idea? I mean I know that this may be taken literally, however I thought it would be a fun thing to do. Any suggestions?

Sounds like a really fun idea. What do you see through those "magic" glasses? Tell about it!
But also keep in mind that a 6 year old requires less emphasis on precision, and more emphasis on the enjoyment of learning. Make it playful, and make it "shared" writing... you write too, especially those big words! Illustrate it together, too! Go for creative expression, not accuracy.

As long as you're not pressuring her too much. I don't quite understand why a 6-yr-old even has to be writing, to be honest. I didn't know how to read at that age, never mind write, and I ended up doing more than just fine in school (including a graduate degree from a very good program).

I think it's a cute idea.
Make sure there isn't a physical reason why the child isn't writing or writing as well as they could such as they need glasses, are dyslexic, or mentally impaired.

everythng is fine n worthy untill and unless u kno wht u r doing..for wht u r doing..ask urself if it is stupid or not.u ll b the best person in this world 2 answer a question regarding urself..

i don`t think its stupid at all. i thik its great! just make sure to do short sessions only, and do fun things in bewtween so it doesnt seem like much work. good luck with this!
