Whenever I try to print something with my home laser printer, the ink keeps putting this large horizontal lines along the pages. There's pleanty of ink, and I'm using the speicial semi-gloss laser paper. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there anything I can do to keep this from happening?

Try to swap out the toner. If the lines persist then you may need to replace the fuser assembly.

Replacing the toner usually solves majority of print quality issues.

1. Does it have toner cartridge and Drum cartridge (or print cartridge) seaparately or both in a same assembly?
2. If in the same assembly replace the cartridge.
3. If not then replace the Drum (or Print) cartridge.

80% chances are that the problem will be resolved.

4. Its possible that fuser or some othe part causing the problem
5. May be its better to take it to service centre.

it happened to me before.... im using an HP laser printer... it turns out that the roller of the toner has a scratch from the staple wire which causes the lines whenever i print... (somebody accidentally put paper with a staple wire).

try to replace your toner catridge there something wrong on the cartridge and check your optical assy it needs cleaning or something stuck on it. that why there is a horizontal lines in every printout

there is a problem with the rollers that are in the toner cartridge sometimes that happens when it is exposed to light. I had that problem i read the directions, need to replace the toner cartridge

It is dropping to much ink, do you have the setting on glossy paper?

try to configure the printer ... there you can configure the lines , alignment , colors ... etc
