It was a really good show and had a loyal following. It had great acting and writing. Simon Baker was great and his costar Wendy Moniz was awesome, one of the best actresses on television. I even tuned into a Law and Order episode just because I heard she was guest starring on it. (She NEEDS to get back on TV stat!)

I think a lot of it has to do with, frankly, the fact that TV is marketed to average person and most people aren't looking for smart tv. I mean, when Teri Hatcher getting trapped in a moving van earns 30 million viewers and some gray haired creep earns 40 million shaking his booty to Crocodile Rock, while a smart show that tackles real issues people are facing like Book of Daniel gets cancelled because Evangelicals don't like it, it says a lot about the United States.

I absolutely loved that show and was really upset when they dropped it. They always seem to drop the best shows on TV because the best shows usually have the lower ratings. The truth is that they don't care what we like, they only care about their ratings and making money.

It was the show with the really yummy Simon Baker? I was sad that they cancelled it, although glad to see him in movies now--so he's still around.
