I don't think you need to worry about that, as you will not have urinary incontinence from a bladder prolapse, like a female would. I would worry more about keeping your prostate gland in good health.

The keegle muscle is the same muscle you contract when you stop urinating before you are done. So while standing in line or sitting in a chair watching tv just contract that muscle 10 or 15 times a day several times a day.

While it is true that you can locate the pubococcygeal muscle by finding the muscle that stops the stream of urine, it is not safe to do kegel exercises while urinating because it could lead to a urinary tract infections.
Just learn which muscle you must contract and then do the exercises on a regular basis.

Swimming!!! You need to do alot of breast stroke, and the movement you want to exaggerate is the 'whip kick.' Pull your knees up as close to your hips as possible, and stretch out your legs as far as possible, snap your leags back to straight behind position with as much force as possible. If you swim like this for at least 1 hour a day, you will get results. I guarantee!
