Radio.. Music helps set the mood right.. There's alway a song for everything.
Plus, with all the reality shows that have been invading TV lately, TV is becoming very irritating!

I would choose tv.
Cause it could let me fall into sleep!
I would set timer for 2 hours and let it auto shut off =)
