Less than 1 ... penguins hang out at the South pole and Polar bears hang
out around the tundra, ice flows, etc. surrounding the North pole.
I suppose, somewhere out there, somebody may well have attempted
to feed a penguin to a polar bear - but it won't happen in nature.

If you mean polar bear the answer is none. See penguins are in Antarctica (South Pole) and polar bears are only above the Arctic circle(near North Pole). So, yes, those christmas time coca-cola commercials are all wrong.

I would say 0. Polar bears live in the Arctic. Penguins live in the Antarctic. The bears are more likely to eat baby seals and fish.

Is this a trick question?
Penguins live at sea unless they're breeding in Antarctica.
Polar bears live in the arctic in the north. I doubt they ever see a penguin. But I think killer whales and seals find them tasty.
