I have been with a woman who said they were on birthcontrol and they ended up getting pregnant because they said they had a tooth ache and was taking anti biotics for the toothache. I never knew her having a toothache when she was eating something, as most people show a sign of something wrong or mention it. Isn't there something about a woman manipulating a man in order to get married or get child support that is illegal???

As a woman, I feel the exact opposite. I feel that men ready to have the fun of intercourse but are ready to dodge responsibility when it comes to being a father. If having a baby wasn't in your plans to begin with, you should have taken the proper precautions whether she was on birth control or not. Responsibility for getting pregnant is a two person thing, she couldn't have gotten pregnant without you. If pregnancy was meant to trap a man, a lot more men would be trapped instead a lot of women are spending their days in family court trying to get a few dollars to help with the care of a growing child that the father doesn't want to deal with.

No there isn't anything illegal. Yes she may had a alterative motive. However, the court of law would say that you chose to have sex. Anytime you choose to have sex, no matter what kind of protection your using, there is a risk of getting pregnant. All you can do is establish paternity of the child after he/she is born and pay the child support.

You say he's a bum and you still STAYED with him? Why? If this is what you thought of him then you should had called things off b4 this happened. If what you say is true, poking holes in the condom then yes I would def. leave. AS far as the pregnancy, that's totally up to you. Your only options are abortion and adoption.

Yes. I had a friend who went to Mexico on Vacation. He went with this girl , and they had sex. When he decided she was not the right one to marry she told the police that he raped her, and that she was pregnant just to get her free trip to United States.

It all worked out even though he was deported back to the United States. She did not get her free trip.

It takes two to tango, buster....you need to learn about practicing "safe sex". Condoms will protect you from an unwanted pregnancy or even worse...unwanted disease.
