This is kind of a broad question so I will answer with several options. For my face I like anything that is foamy. I don't care for creamy formula's to remove my face makeup. Almost any brand will work, and I have used Christian Dior and drugstore brands seeing no appreciable difference.

If you wish to remove eye makeup, or water-proof eye makeup, again, I differ to any drugstore brand that contains lipids, you will know when you look at the container; it will appear to have two different components in the container, you must shake it up to use it. I have used the best and I have used the drugstore brands. Cosmetics have become so advanced in their technology, the drugstore brands are every bit as good as their higher priced competitors.

I like Avon's Creamy cleansers and masks. They also have a lotion for eye make up, takes mascara off in a couple wipes w./ a cotton balls and is so cheap and lasts forever! You only need a few drops of this lotion and all that black gunk is gone.
I tried mary kay and my whole face was bumpy and it was so expensive and the mary kay lady wouldnt take it back and give me credit or a refund. With avon they have 100% guarantee so you can get your money back for any reason at all, no fuss. and No im not an avon lady! hahaa

Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser! The best out there! Cheap and really clean well; non irritating and very gentle. Can be used as makeup remover, double duty as cleanser too. Every makeup artist has one bottle of this.

You can find this product at drug stores everywhere... Longs, Walgreens, Target...

The best makeup remover is Shu Uemura's cleansing oil! It is light and works like magic! Doesn't sting too!

Mary Kay.

Never use any eyemakeup remover with oil (like baby oil or vasoline). It's bad for your eye health... ask an eye doctor.
