i have started powerwalking 10miles everyday at a max speed of 5.5 miles p/h(to keep my heart rate up).Iam on a high protein,low carb,low fat diet and i checked what my calorific intake should be and minused a thousand off of it instead of 500 cause i need to lose fat fast ,but i am not starving myself as i arranged it so that i am regularly.So what do you think?

I still think you are trying to lose too much weight in too shorter time, but you don't say how much excess weight you have to lose. You may want to add a rest day in for the sake of your body! Say 1 rest day every 3rd or 4th day or you may get bored more than burnout. I go to the gym nearly everyday. I always find that Saturdays and Sundays are my best days as I keep Friday as a rest day. Will you be posting your result? Would like to see how you did :-)

hmmmm i toothink that you are aiming to high to loose your weight in the amount of time. A healthy weight loss is between 0.5 and a pound a week. Also you need to rest excercise every second day, all you need is 20-30 mins cardio and it doesnt need to be at a fast pace. a brisk walk will burn more calories than trying to go too fast leave that up to professional athletes.

Also with eating the best thing to do is eat breakfast sooooo important (hi fibre bran cereal) or an egg white omlete, but you need to have your carb with your protien lots of gorgeous vegies fish, chicken etc also the best way as well is to eat 5 small meals a day. and plan your meals other wise we go back to eating rubbish. weight loss isnt easy but make sure you do it healthily. Do not starve yourself please.... We need fuel to burn other wise we wont function. Be positive and all the best set your self goals like I am going too loose a pound this week you need to be realistic. Write down everything so you can track how you are going. ask for help from friends and family get someone to do it with you. good luck
