No one able to access yahoo mail on pc. All other sites are ok, even hotmail. What could cause this?

yahoo servers were down yesterday most email and messenger service is back up, but could still be down for your specified email address block. doesn't seem to go by town or location. service should be back in 24 to 48 hours if not sooner

My yahoo mail is still not working.
Does anybody else have the same problem?
