Drink 4-5 lts water every day. Laugh aloud.
Take your family out for at least one outing per month. Think as though you are newly married.

1. eat less. preferably only half stomach.
2. especially eat more greens and less of oils.
3. physical work or exercise is a must
4. never fall down or break your bones afer 40.
5. live today as if it is your last day on earth.
6. never harm anybody , never cheat anybody, never hurt anybody.. if u do, be assured you will get it back in double measure in this lifetime itself.

Eat healthy, use your body and your brains regularly.
And MOST important, make sure you got good genes. If you don't have those, nothing will help.
