I have an old penis that I got from the morgue. I have a friend that works there and they cut it off for me. ( they almost got into serious trouble for doing that, but luckily someone else got blamed). I just want to know if I take the penis to the plastic surgeon will my bill be lower since I got the penis for him? All he has to do is attach it.

If not, here's at least a somewhat sensible answer. Unless it's been in a cryogenic type of freeze from the first onset of death, I'd say "not a chance" Why? because the cells of the body immediately start to die off. When someone is an organ donor the doctors only have a certain amount of time before that organ is no longer usuable. Even in cryo freeze there is usually some form of time limit.

Another interesting thing is cellular memory. I've heard plenty of stories of people recieving organ transplants only to later discover they suddenly have a craving for beer that they have never before had. Or a craving for something else. One person I read about, a rather good sized biker, got the need to be a great housekeeper. His house is now sparkling clean. He got this after his transplant. It's a huge phenomena. Your question is...well...kinda stupid, and in my personal opinion, very rude. There are actual transsexual men out there who were originally women and DID become men, and no, they didn't get their penis from the morgue. You know, I've noticed that just about ALL your questions are a little LESS than mentally stimulating. The surgery you are referring to is called a phalloplasty. It is where they usually take skin grafts off of the forearm and/or inner thigh, along with usually an artery graft from the ankle and construct a penis in which they then attach. It all comes from the same body, it's very invasive and the results really aren't all that asthetically pleasing.
Then there's also another surgery for the female to male called a metoidioplasty. This is basically just a release of clitoral tissue to make the penis longer. (In a female to male transsexual, once they begin hormone therapy the clitoris enlarges from the use of testosterone) And basically what they do then, is just release the "hood" part from the clitoris. Also they can take the outer labia and stitch them together to create a scrotum where they implant silicone testicles. Many times, they also do a urethral lengthening to allow for standing to void (that means pee standing up)
