You could probably hire some vagrants for $50 a day but remember you get what you pay for.

We rented a professional paint sprayer from Home Depot for 1 day.Taped plastic sheeting over all the windows, doors trim etc I think we used 10 gallons of paint, did the house (1500 sq ft cape), garage, shed and gazebo.
It was very quick to do, the taping took the longest time - DH started on the garage while I began taping the windows on the house. he was back in a just a few minutes - I thought there was a problem, no problem he had finished one side in the time it took me tape one window!
I think the sprayer cost approx $60 for the day, less for 4 hours. If you did all the prep upfront you may be able to finish in 4 hours!

Get 3 estimates from local painters, ask friends for recommendations and check w/the BBB before hiring anyone.
You could do it yourself for around $200, but be sure to prepare the surface before painting, and use good paint, believe it or not Home Depot's behr's is very good.

you could use two five gallon buckets of paint, a couple of paint rollers, paint roller extension
I'm saying about $100-200. if you are doing it yourself more if u hire somebody
