The real question (and I resemble this remark!) is: once you start, can you stop? Will you stop? Drinking one beer right now is not so bad, but if you just start with that one and keep on drinking all day, that is not good. In addition to showing a possible alcohol problem, it also
1) will dehydrate you (alcohol does that)
2) you will have another headache tomorrow.
