I'm bumming my neighbors wireless internet with my labtop and i can connect at about 54 Mbps. When i try to open a web page it says it can't be displayed. Any ideas

N2FC: I would get my own but my house is out of DSL service area and my neighbor is in the area. Is stupid don't even get me started

You might be connected to his access point, but not be set up for DNS or other authorized access...

Stop leeching and get your own coonnection!

Unless you have permission... then ask him to authorize you!

they probably have a secure wireless connection and you might need a key code or password. if you are connected your signal might be too week. or you don't have the specific software that you neighbors have to allow them to connect through that specific connection.
