Can Israel do no wrong in US eyes?

The Middle East is a hotbed of socio-political turmoil, and not under our "contol". Let's face it, our government likes to control everybody.
Israel is our government's 'imagined' foothold in the Middle East...a place from which we can launch our campaign to spread our purely capitalistic version of Democracy down the Arab Nation's throat, conquer Islam, and get control of the oil, so the U.S. Oil Barrons can get billions richer.

Think about how you would feel if your country was attacked by terrorist and someone you know was killed. Israel is acting in self defense because of the Hezbollah and hamas attacks, which were probably instigated by Syria and Iran. Since Syria knows they could only lose in a fight with Israel they found dummies to do their work. Iran is only using those Hezbollah guys to occupy the world attention as they think up other things. Wise up the US will stand behind Israel because of the large Jewish population and influence of Jewish lobbyist in this country.

Israel has been the only ally that the US has had when it comes to the war on terror.
And of course all the Israelis in America voted for Bush

Actually, it's what the surrounding Muslim countries have done to Israel that makes them so cranky. Muslims want to kill all infidels, starting with Israel, then the USA...

The US was attacked by extremists on 9-11. This lead to a real change in the way the US had to consider actions against groups inside otherwise peaceful countries.

I don't see how Israel can do any wrong while it is killing off the very same scum that would like to see us destroyed along with the Jews. Therefore I say:

You mean outside of supporting most US lead innitiatives in the UN? Or the assistance they are willing to give us in an area that has been a warzone for most of recorded history? Or the fact that they are an island of democracy being unduly pressured by their nieghbors that want to kill all of them?

The Muslims just don't get it. Their religion tells them it is ok to lie to Infidels. Attack them, ok to kill a muslim who becomes another religion. OK to keep women oppressed. OK to keep feuds going for decades and avoid democratic institutions and wonder why the US doesn't see thngs the same way.
Muslim people are poorly educated and live in under-developed countries because of themselves, not other people.

I think it's just that the US sympathizes with Israel. They are surrounded by idiots who want to destroy their right to exist.
