I am organizing a group of college students to takea trip to Brazil. We will be visiting: Rio, Manaus, Iguassu Falls, Salvador, Recife, and Natal. If you had to delete two of these cities which would it be and why? Thank you so much!

Once again all the cities above described are awesome. The two that you probably do not want to go to are Manaus and Recife. The first is in the middle of the jungle, which is not a bad idea on the first day, there is not a whole lot to be seen anyways, and the Amazon attractions stay a good 200 miles away. The second is quite violent and public safety is not the #1 priority there. All the others you'll have a blast. So many things to do a lot people that actually speak English...
Good Luck

I would get rid of two of these, Salvador, Recife or Natal. Since they are all in the Nordeste I think that you really only need to visit one of them. Rio will show you the big city Brasil, Manaus will show you something of the Amazon and The Iguassu falls will show you some great nature as well as the ability to visit Paraguay and Argentina all in the same day.

I would drop, Natal, but it does have great Sand Dunes on the beaches., second drop Manaus .
In Recife you stay at Olinda , which is a beautiful Unesco protected town, which has a unique music: Frevo
