Having been a peacekeeper for the UN many years ago. I can tell you there are 2 rule about war:

Rule #1. Wars kill people.

Rule #2. You will never change Rule #1.

I feel very devastated by the loss of innocent lives. As a parent , we don't let our children fight with each other . I would like to know why it is an option for world leaders to create war and kill. It makes no sense. It should not be an option . These are grown adults who make these decisions. With not even one care that people are dying. How dare they! Now , I am furious! Wish the People who are left would take a stand and end the insanity. Just don't launch the bombs! Just don't blow yourself up! Don't join in the parade of madness. Go to your families and enjoy the gift of life that you were given.Make the leaders of the world work it all out on paper. If they can't then they shouldn't be in office! Makes you want to vote next time , right?? Call your local representative and voice your opinion now. Talk to your friends and family , spread the word , that we are not gonna take this killing anymore. This is not what we want for our children or ourselves! It all begins with your thoughts.

Many people will die tommorow in warfare. Some have caused the situation. Others are trying to solve it. Others are innocent bystanders. All death is sad, some more than others. Heroes, civilians, rebels.

I firmly believe that every soul that dies touches every other soul in the world - either because they knew each other (family or friends) or because they never had the chance to -- and yes, I feel sad and say a prayer for their souls and families.

It is an unfortunate side-effect of politics, some would say. It is heathen to kill our own, the intelligent say. It is not right to kill our own, religion says. But what about in the end, when everybody dies anyway? The only thing we can say for them is: Sorry.

I feel they are fortunate to be born into the next existence in order to continue their journey toward God. I believe this world to be the womb world to the next existance. Just as to be born into this world is a joyful event, I believe to be born into the spiritual world is also a joyful event. I believe those loved ones who have gone on before them will be at the "airport" to meet them just as we meet our loved ones, here. I believe they will continue their education, there.
