This question has been asked a million time now....with out question it is John Bonham of Led Zep, then comes Ringo Starr of the Beatles, and Keith Moon of The Who.
Honorable Mention:
Peter Criss - KISS
Tommy Lee - Super Nova, Motley Crue
Alex Van Halen - Van Halen
Mick Fleetwood - Fleetwood Mac
Ginger Baker - Cream
But again this is just one man's opinion......
