Well, I've read all those comics and I can rank 'em for you:
Hulk is first, his brute strength knows no limits - the madder he gets, the stronger he gets. And that puts him on par with Superman, and even beyond.
Superman is second of course - the last Son of Krypton is the first superhero, and more powerful than a locomotive (Boy, that's redundant nowadays, since he's just as powerful as the Sun, it seems.)
Hellboy comes in third, with his hellspawned strength and invulnerability.
Spider-Man comes in fourth, because while he's stronger than you or me, he can only lift 10 tons compared to 100+ tons that Supes and Hulk can easily lift.
Captain America isn't strong compared to the rest of this list - sure, he's got the Super Soldier Serum, but that just puts him slightly above Olympic human strength levels. Bigggggg deal.
BTW - MysticalJesterz - You're way off your rocker on the brute power strength listing - I can think of NUMEROUS superheroes/heroines who have stronger powers than Cyclops. Heck, among the X-men alone, I can think of Jean Grey, Iceman, Colossus, Juggernaut... but I digress. Sure, Cyke's eye blasts can punch a hole into the side of the mountain, but that's all his unfettered unchecked blasts can do. The ones I listed can do a lot more with their strength....
I do agree about Superman and Green Lantern, though - however, Supes should be first, then GL.

I love superman but the hulk is WAY stronger. Captain America is cool. Spiderman is indecisive and annoying and Hell boy . . . he makes bad movies.

The Hulk, cuz he's indestructable (as long as he stays in 'Hulk' form)... all the others have weaknesses/vulnerabilities, although Superman could give him a run for his money (just watch out for that Kryptonite!)

out of the ones you have there ether hulk or superman would be stronger, matters how mad hulk was the madder he gets the stronger he gets, it it was a strength contest hulk wouldn't be that mad so it would probably be a toss up between them, out of everyone the champion of the universe has destroyed a planet once in one punch after jumping really high in the air and has unlimited strength

Sheer strength? Not much can stop the Hulk. Best overall, I pick Superman; he can blast things with his eyes and not ever touch them.

well actually that isnt really a fair representation of super heros, to choose from, also in the comic industry, they are measured by comic sells not by actual powers or strength.
in my opinon these are as follows as strongest superheros:
[Brute Strength]
Juggernaut
Hulk
The Thing
[Powers]
Green Lantern
Cyclops
Superman
but if you want the true strongest superhero it would have to be:
Batman....any hero that has preservered by intellect and no super powers to me is a true super hero....take away any of the above heros powers and they would be nothing.

That would be someone in the Class 100 range (i.e able to bench press over 100 tons) and then you have simply a case of choosing your favourite. Mine would be Hercules
