LOL. It'll go away. I wouldn't eat that much bread ever again.

Drink a lot of water if you're swolen but if it's puffy and feels like an allergic reaction, you can go to the doctor and make sure you don't have an allergy to wheat.

Good luck.

It could be a blood circulation problem- maybe cause of the weather or so, an allergy to the bread (they're not all made of the same stuff), or water retention due to the increased consumption of bread.

You could be allergic to the gluten in the bread. If you eat other things that contain gluten and you feel like your face swells up...Go get an allergy test. that can tell you everything your allergic to.
Good luck!!

You could be allergic to something. It could be something in the bread but it could be something else entirely. I'd see a doctor and get some allergy tests done if I were you. Both my son and I had allergy tests done and it really helped to find out what we're allergic to.

Sounds like a possible allergic reaction. You should check that out with a doctor before anything worse happens, like your throat becoming swollen.

You may be allergic to Wheat Gluten. My wife was really bothered by it and, while she was still alive, we made our own bread to be sure we didn't get bread made with Wheat Gluten at the store.

as long as you are not allergic to it. be sure its not an allergic reaction, if it is, be sure you could still breathe. because one terrible effect of allergic reaction is anaphylaxis. i think it would be better to consult a doctor, and have a allergy test.
if you think youve gone fat you should check your weight before the swelling occured, then compare it to the present. try to avoid eating it again.

Yes, you can be allergic to it, and can have a reaction to the yeast, if not wheat, and even maybe the other ingredients. Visit your doctor.

Yes...especially white bread. Bread can make you feel (and be) bloated... perhaps you experience it most in your face.
