Hi everyone!! It's my b-day next week and I want a different look..Im thinking of wearing purple and white......I need some makeup tips..Something sexy, pretty....I usually wear powder, eyeliner,a bronzer, blush, mascara.....I need a new look!! What techniques can I use? Any ideas????

I have an idea. Whenever I have a special occasion I make an appt. with a make-up artist at one of the counters in either Macys, Dillards or Saks, or Ulta3, the Sephora or Mac store (these are makeup stores). The Mac store will do just your eyeshadow if you want, and you can't beat it., they also have MAC counters at some department stores namely Nordstrom's. They will give you great tips and help you learn to do it yourself. That's the way to go because they can literally show you what's right for your eye shape, and your personal style. Just call up either the department stores or the stores, and make an appointment a couple hours before your b-day celebration. Do all the rest of your make-up the way you want it, or don't do anythin and they'll do it all. Happy B-day!

ooh happy birthday!! well for a birthday you just want to look beeutiful so id stay trur to you and go natural with some p[retty shimmer id go for a foundation and concealer to conceal small and teeny imperfections then apply blush to the apples of the cheecks, and a shimmer eye shadow maybelene new york color delights berry blazes number 50 to be excact ( yes that was all off memory) and the lightest purple is just gorgeous it turns into more of a shimmer than a purple though which is perfect, id ditch the liner and go for defined lashes by applying mascara to the tips of the lashes, and go with a clear silky lip gloss smakers ice creamies in vanilla to be excact (again off memomory) and have a happy birthday and a clean and fresh smile makes a look even better!! happy bday!!

Try smokey eyes do up the eyes a little more! using maybe green silver or purple eyeshadow or glitter (glitter is a great way to bring attention to th eyes) and maybe try a cute lipstick that goes well with your skin but looks pretty

Do smokey eyes with a purple or silver glitter over it, I just recently went through make-up meltdown myself I have everything in excess but I just kept doing my make-up the same day in and day out.. So I know glitter is childish but it really is cute and it draws attention to your eyes. Try it!!

Green eyeshadow goes well with purple. Especially if you have brown eyes.

go to the mall and go to a makeup counter and get a makeover...and then buy some of the stuff they used so you can do it yourself at home.
