was missing happy hours to meet his National Guard requirements? Is it because they are all named John? Is it a conspiracy? All that time in combat and they did not save one single stem cell. No wonder Christian soldiers support President Bush. Pass the Jack Daniels around and let's bow our heads.

rukidding. give me a break. with a moniker like that, you can't tell I was kidding. I served in Nam as a Marine. I respect all three Johns far more than one spoiled and pampered Bush.

mojojo66: just sit back and watch your soap operas. Until you can walk an inch in their shoes you are just another knucklehead disparaging those of us who have served proudly for our country. Why not join the communist party? They don't like American vets either.

Sanitizer you make a salient point. While W. Bush served(as a waiter, bartender?) in the Alabama National Guard, not once did the Vietcong gain a stronghold in that state. It is thanks in no small measure that Alabama is free of Vietcong insurgency. Can I get a witness and an Amen?

Walsingham: the answer is no. What I object to are those who haven't been there, who wear flight jackets, and walk the walk, and send others to fight and die for them. I fought in a war. I do not disparage those who served or didn't serve, only those who didn't and claimed that they did.

Historically, anyone named John is a dissenter. John the Baptist, John F Kennedy, John Adams, John James Audubon, me, etc.

I think Bush should be featured on a box of Wheaties. It takes great courage to stand by your military record when there isn't tangible evidence to support it. The real conspiracy is the New York Times, liberal Hollywood and Micheal Moore. First the three little pigs of liberal Hollywood switched the actual evidence of his military service with fake documents implying he took four years to flunk out of flight school. Then that big bad wolf Micheal Moore took that evidence and pieced together a shoddy documentary that made stem cell embryo's cry at best using tainted facts. Then the treasonous jolly green giant at the New York Times came along threatening national security. All of this while Kerry made his military and medical records public on his web site. It took the freedom of information act to get solider George W. Bush's records and even then the questions weren't answered. When he writes his biography it should be titled How to Flunk out of Flight School in four years and become a President. The first chapter should be titled How to answer a question without actually answering it. If there are discrepancies in Bush's statements and his military records I'm sure he's telling the truth. This isn't weapons of mass destruction and we know he's a stickler for solid intelligence and fact. I can't believe men with actual tangible evidence of their military service would even dare to question this man. Would my answer be more convincing if I typed in all caps ? I've not figured out how Bill Clinton's ******** figures into this get Bush conspiracy but I'll let you know if I do.

How in the hell can you call John McCain and John Murtha cowards?! McCain was tortured by the Viet Cong over a period of years before he was released and Murtha was also a decorated soldier. I think he won the bronze star or something. Just because you don't like their views now doesn't erase what they did for the country when they fought unlike the many who did not or deserted like the hundreds in Canada right now. Liberals AND conservatives have a hard time taking people like you seriously!

It's a shame that John Murtha, a former Marine compares our troops to Nazis. It's shameful that John Kerry cried like a baby to come home from Vietnam, just to stab his band of brothers in the back, lied under oath on them, and to this day, Kerry still stabs our troops in the back by calling them terrorists. It's a shame that Libs care more about cowardly terrorists with panties on their heads, posing in butt pyramids than they do life. Hey, lay off the Jack, because it makes you sound like an idiot.

I come from a large family of lifelong military men, on both sides of the family, with the exception of my own father and one uncle who both cashed out at 40. What i learned from them is that a good soldiers favourite word is ceasefire. Are my brothers and I lesser men because we have not been to war? This rancid fighting over military records is an insult to the long dead and the soon to be...I mean absolutely no disrespect to your experience and trust that you know that.

Bush is the coward - he showed that during the Viet Nam war.

Patriots question the president when the president shows that he is crazy, or when his policy is not in the best interests of the country.

Only traitors follow a traitor willingly and support him.

I think you need to look at all the evidence and decide for yourself.

I mean have you done any of your own research? Have you based any of your opinions on your own thoughts at all? Do simply believe in everything the Bush Administration says or does and their reasoning?

"Pass the Jack Daniels and let's bow our heads"? Surely you jest and if not then I am worried for you. Is that really the immage you want to portray--- only drunk people who can't think for themselves praise Bush....

All guys named John are just patsies inclined to deflower our
wonderful president of his innocent, innocuous, views on everything from soup to nuts. Besides where were they when our president was riding high in the National Guard and defending
Alabama during the Vietnam war?

Ha, I can understand why Bush got elected now. Half the respondents can't see you're tongue in cheek.

To the person above, I defy you to go to war and not shed a tear on your return. I've heard these men objecting to the war (as it is their duty to do if they belive so) butr never have I heard them calling the troops terrorists.
