Yes you can. But, as mentioned before, do not go online. Just games, videos and music.
You will be the centre of attention when they turn off the lights for the night (if it is a night flight) because the screen is so brilliantly bright and everyone will be wondering where the "glow" is coming from. Cool ;-)

Well while the airplane is departure and coming donw, you should turn off your PSP. Well you'll see the instructions when you get on an airplane! They'll notify you when you can or can't play!

So far that I knew, there should be no problem, PSP is not a radio wave device untill you log on to the net, but i dont think you can log on to the net via your PSP on the plane.

I couldnt use it on Continental Air.
