Well you are only 8 weeks and some people it takes a couple months for symptoms to start and some even have really no symptoms at all.
I was 7 weeks pregnant when I found out I was pregnant and had no symptoms other then missiny my period.
You could go your whole pregnancy without being sick, constipated, sore and so fourth...Consider yourself lucky.
Not sure how old you are but if you want you can check out justmommies.com it is a forum site for mothers including teenage moms and the people thier are really nice and helpful.

Totally normal as well!! You don't need to be gaining weight yet anyhow, most of that comes later. Anything else that isn't bothering you, count yourself lucky!!!! I've never had morning sickness with any of mine, and only from time to time had problems with certain oders. Trust me, the enlarged sore boobs will come with time, even if not until a few days after delivery when your milk comes in.
Don't worry about any of it... just enjoy the fact that you know what you could be going through :-)

Girl be glad you dont have all the symptoms becuase a full blown pregnancy with everything you listed SUCKS! Trust me my first tri was terrible I thought that I was dying. I puked from sun up till sun down and couldnt poop to save my life, my boobs grew a full size in one month leaving me lovely stretch marks and everything I mean everything stunk . Plus I yelled at my poor husband for the dumbest things like breathing wrong! You are very lucky and as long as you aren't bleeding, in pain or having any other negative symptoms chalk it up to the fact that your a very very lucky woman! It's normal my cousin is 2 months furthur than me and had the easiest first tri but now is having alot of the hard parts. I wouldnt worry at all. But if you are that concerned go to the dr but I think it would be a waste! Good luck!! ( Oh yeah I am very jealous I wish mine was that easy! :) )

You sound like how I was when I went through my first pregnancy. I didn’t have any morning sickness. In fact I didn’t gain weight until three months, my doc was just about to get into my butt. Breasts? Those didn’t grow either until later. I did have a thyroid problem after the pregnancy, not saying you would. However get that looked at after the pregnancy, talk to your Doc about. Its call "POST PARTUM THYROIDITIS.” I gave you two links one for your symptoms now to put you @ ease and one for the illness I mentioned. Until then see if you can go to a woman clinic or something to check on the baby, just to get your baby checks. Just for the baby’s sake. My doctor told me that the baby is like a parasite it will make sure it survives and take any nutrients it has from you it needs. It’s your body that suffers the consequences. However, you should still take care of yourself and check on him/her and your self until your insurance kick in. If you can go to a clinic.

Yeah, you're fine. If you weren't, you'd know it (by bleeding, etc.). I didn't have any real symptoms either for the first few months. Enjoy!
