I would say LaDainian Tomlinson because he has proved himself over the course of a SEASON. Not a half season, and you CAN'T double the numbers. To do that you are ignoring factors like fatigue and the teams. Heck Willie Parker had like 300-400 yards after the first two games of last year. So he should have finished the season with 2400 yards AT LEAST. I mean come on you should be able to take 8 times 2 to get the season total as well right?

I think LaDainian Tomlinson is a better all around back.
Personally, I like Shaun Alexander better than both of them.

LT, gives you more options out of the backfield
LJ, is nothing more than a straigth ahead bruising running back
I pick LT

LT can pass as well as he can run. LJ is an excellent runner but when did he throw his last td pass?
