I don't think you can. I mean honestly if you were a celebrity would you really want everyone who thinks they might be good for you to e-mail you and try to talk to you? Seems a little deseperate if you ask me.
You're probably better off writing one of those fan letters but still there's a good chance that someone else will read them. It's a nice daydream but it seems to be nothing more then that. Good luck with it though.
