My bed frame has rollers on the bottom and it moves on hardwood floors pretty easly. Is there a product to buy or some other way to stop it from moving and keep it in place?

You should be able to lock the wheels. If not you can buy pads to rest the wheels on at Home Depot.

How old is the building your living in. That could give you a clue if they are hardwood. If the building is 50 years old or more then it's a good chance that they are hardwood. You can buy hardwood flooring cleaner at Home Depot. Check out the seams where the flooring butts together. If you are able to visibly see and or slide something very thin into the seam like a razor blade then it's hardwood if not then it's most likely laminate.

2 sided tape. Remove the wheel and cover the ends in tape and place on the floor. If you want to move the bed the glue comes up easily from the hardwood

There should be "brake clips" on the side of the rollers...if not, go to Home Depot and buy some or perhaps you can "stuff" something on top of the wheels to make them stop moving.

The rollers should just pull out, then replace them with those "Moving Buddies" things. Or wedge something on top of the wheels themselves.

Wow you must do it hard like wild animals?

Screw the frame to the studs in the wall. Presto ! Now it will never move, well, unless you're so wild that the wall come down. Like gorillas in heat ?

The wheels should have little brakes on them....... seriously. Look at the wheels, you should see a little strip of metal about 2 inches long running sort of horizontally. you twist it a bit to prevent the wheels from being able to turn.

You can buy rubber things that you put under the rollers to keep them in place. Check Wal-Mart.
