On my four years of Cingular customer, a very few "sucking" things I got, but I think is been made for workers Cingular have. Not for the company itself. Any way, Cingular have to be careful, it can loose a lot of customers because of their unskilled workers.

If you think they suck, then your never gonna be satisfied. They are, along with maybe Verizon, the top cell phone company. I had AT&T originally but then shortly after they made the switch, and I have had very little problems. One problem that occured is that I had bad service once in a while. This got fixed immediately when I got a better phone (Sony Ericsson W600i). They have the best rates for the service and their customer service is great as well.

Because like every big phone company they don't care about their customers. They make you sign your life away just so you can get the newest phone every few years.
