They sing pennysaver for a long time. They also say "The best value is just around the corner! Pennysaver!" Here is something else they say "Pennysaver what, Pennysaver now, Pennysaver ooh, Pennysaver wow" and "Pennysaver buy, Pennysaver sell, Pennysaver get it, in your mail". It sounds like an African-American lady saying it. I've only heard audio of the commercial.

pennysaver is a free local classified paper you get in the mail. people pay a small fee to put adds in it. You can find all kinds of stuff people are trying to sell for cheap as well as adds for survices offered.
