Your doctor will guide you through the process. It can even be reversed in unforeseen circumstances...although not always. It is a decision only you and your wife can make...and you are better off thinking of it as permanent....but is usually performed in a doctor's office and only causes discomfort for a few days...so don't allow it to influence your decision.

Yes, any type of surgery, no matter how benign or unintrusive is dangerous. But in the long run, you should be okay... except for the pain of backload.

Try asking your surgeon about the open ended procedure so the pressure is relieved into your system and digested back into your body.

Yeah, and you have to worry about it for a long time. I got my navel pierced in Feb and I still have to disinfect many times daily, even then I still get irritating flareups. But, I still think it was worth it, so does my spouse.

Why would you even let someone go near your man parts with a needle, especially whenever they plan on shoving it through one of the most sensitive parts of your body?
