ok, the actual effects of global warming would be this.

longer growing seasons.
more places to grow food, canada, russia.
no droughts. if ice caps melt, we have more liquid water on the planet. if it is hotter, we have more evaporation, more rain.
less disease. the last time we had a problem with disease nearly wiping out mankind was in the dark ages, when we were in the middle of a mini ice age. as the ice age ended, we had the rennaissance. also the creation of the roman empire, whos technology was not equaled until the twentieth century america, happened during a global warming period 2000 years ago

none, global warming is a myth invented by environmentalists to stir attention to their causes..for every scientist who claims global warming is real, there is one who says it is a fallacy..do not believe when an environmentalist insists global warming is so, that is what they want to be true. they want humans responsible for ruining the earth, they want humans to feel guilty so as to become one of them..
