No, u cannot hear your voice or any other sound in outer space because sound is the vibration formed in a given medium like water, air, or metal which travels in the form of longitudnal waves having compression and rare faction.
In the outer space there is a vacuum and the medium for the sound waves to travel is absent therefore u cannot hear any sound.
However in man made satellites and space shuttels technology is used and atmosphere is present for astronouts to communicate

Space is a vacuum so not unless you air in a space suit or in a man made environment can your voice be heard.

Actually, that would be the LAST of your problems, as your blood would be boiling out and your lungs collapsing, your eyes would have already exploded out of your head and your skull . . . well, lets just say you'd be a massive FROZEN goo and liquid floating around broken, shattered bones (because of pressure equalization) and all your fluids would be frozen, MOST on the OUTSIDE of your body.

So, I'd say, NO.

I am not sure about hearing it as there is no way for it to bounce back. I wonder if the astronauts have tried this?? Let me know if you find out....

i dont think so, sound waves need a medium to travel in and space is a vacuum, rt?

I don't think so...I believe you need air for sound waves to move
