I am 20 years old and what ithe weight for my age and height?
i am very consiuos about my body but intersting thing is that i am a great foodie and any amount of sweets i cannot resist
the temptatoin to not to eat themeven if i have the fear being overweight. whenever i go outside places likemalls.railwaystatins and cinema halls i always check my weight on machines. even if there are two machines i check them on both. tell me is it right to do all this things. NOTE :- this question is not for boys to be anserwed.

no dear dont be much worried but u must gain a little weight and u will be the normal person and one more thing stop checking ur weight in every weight machines u see coz the fear may make u unhealthy take care

Do you feel healthy? Can you make it up a flight of stars without being out of breath? How do you clothes fit?
There are way better measurements of healthyness that what the scale says your wheight is.
You need to be comfortable in your own skin and stop comparing yourself to others or even what those 'weight machines' say.

You are a little underweight, yes. I don't know why the previous poster is comparing your weight/height with the BMI of children as you are a grown adult. You should really weight between at least 105lb and at most 140lb for your height. Ideally try to gain 5lb-15lb. HTH.
