~uhhh, BROKEN? That would be my first guess.... hahaahhhhahaaaaaaaaaaaaa ;)
2nd guess: maybe a broken fan, or busted fuse. Maybe the switch went bad and needs to be replaced. Maybe the condenser, or sensor went bad.
3rd guess: Maybe Ford just put out yet another hoooooppptttyyy!!!!! I mean, come on, you do know what "FORD" stands for, right?

there are three key parts to an air conditioner, an evaporator condenser and compressor. If it is hot air like you have the heat on 1. Sudden Freon Loss(leak or broken line) 2. Condenser has failed If you compressor has failed like some above have stated you would not even get the hot air, the system would not have any pressure to move the hot air. See a auto Tech asap if you wait any longer you could damage the system further.

Fan or fan switch. If it is a Ford - it generally does not work. Two girls have $100 for mother's birthday. Spend money on themselves and have $22 left. See sign for picture for $19.99 plus tax. Go to get picture taken for mother. One has itch and is squirming badly. The other says "sit still, that man has gots to focus". Itchy one replies "boff us". Where does Ford get these stupid names?

If it's not blowing the blower motor has quit. Check the fuses, if they are all OK then you will probably have to replace the "low medium high" switch on the dash.

If the blower does work at all, for A/C or heater, check the fuse, then the switch, then take it to a mechanic.

If your heater still works, the problem could be the low side A/C cycling switch, or the A/C clutch
