Pacific.
The Mariana Trench (or Marianas Trench) is the deepest known submarine trench, and the deepest location in the Earth's crust itself. It is located in the floor of the western North Pacific Ocean, to the east of the Mariana Islands at 11°21′N 142°12′E, near Guam.

The Pacific has the deepest spots compared to the Atlantic.
This is because some of the earths tectonic plates (the ones that the continents are on which move about very slowly - commonly known as continental drift) collide with each other in quite a few areas in the Pacific. The result is that they push each other downwards and create extremely deep trenches.
The notable feature of the Atlantic is the undersea mountain range called the Mid-Atlantic Ridge, which is where two plates are moving apart and volcanic uprisings occur and create a ridgeline.

The Pacific is deeper. But, in the case of both oceans, the ocean floor is not uniformly shallow. There are mountains and valleys and stuff underwater too

The average depths of the Atlantic, with its adjacent seas, is 3,332 metres (10,932 ft); without them it is 3,926 metres (12,881 ft). The greatest depth, 8,605 metres (28,232 ft), is in the Puerto Rico Trench.
The lowest point on earth—the Mariana Trench—lies 10,911 metres (35,797 ft) below sea level. Its average depth is 4,300 metres (14,000 ft).
The Pacific is deeper.
