As a fan of the team on the other side of the Bay Area (sorry, had to say that) I was THRILLED beyond words when the Niners got rid of Owens. I chuckled throughout his time in Philly as I watched him show his true colors when they lost the Super Bowl (while I did the IN YOUR FACE T.O. dance of joy that day). I applauded the management of the Eagles for stifling his stupid a**. I laughed out loud when I heard that the Cowboys hired him. I'm thinking of mailing Big Tuna a Costco sized bottle of Tylenol--he's going to need it to deal with the mammoth headache that is Terrell Owens. Plus, I'm excited to see how the fans greet T.O. in Dallas. I'm sure none of them have ever forgotten his antics when 49er Owens dissed Cowboy fans in their own stadium. I have several Cowboy fan friends who are still scratching their heads in amazement over acquiring Owens. They are actively shopping around for a backup team to root for this season. I'm gleefully awaiting the start of the season. Fasten your seat belts folks--it's gonna be a bumpy, yet hilariously fun, ride. :)

I'm an Eagles fan, so imaigine how much more press he's gotten here. His last game as a 49er was in Philly, ironically. I was in the stands and said that his was his "audition". The consensus among the fans around me were that we didn't want him.
He's even more disturbed than I thought. I here some of the claims he makes, why is there no corroboration from any other former Eagle? I'm sure Freddie Mitchell would be willing to speak out against the organization if anything TO says were true.
He also tends to blow the smallest things so far out of proportion.
How can a person claim such confidence in his abilities and be so thin skinned? It's all a show.
If he claims any of it was for the money, that's a lie. His original Eagles contract was worth more than what he signed with the cowgirls.
By the way, that last game as a 49er, Brian Dawkins broke TO's collar bone on the last play of the first half. It's gonna be a fun game when he comes back here.

I say T.O. is a media creation. Yeah he likes the attention but if they just ignore him he will stop going for it. He plays the game doesn't he? He would let his ability speak for him. He has plenty of ability and is one of the best WRs out there right now. I think McNabb is as much, or more so, the problem. The media has made him a saint though.

Im a Cowboys fan and that i do understand why people hate Dallas. i imagine maximum Cowboys followers are clueless and are on the wagon. I been a fan considering about 87-88 and im 31. I also keep in mind that individuals imagine they're rude and thats genuine, they're rude and picture they're more suitable useful then maximum followers. even as the wagon receives finished I supply up wearing all my Cowboys equipment because im embarrased by skill of those followers. As for the Raiders, I even haven't any difficulty with them and dont recognize why people hate them outdoors of followers of alternative AFC west communities.

Im also a Raiders fan but im form Texas so the team close to my heart is the Cowboys and i can tell you now that the stuff TO was pulling in Phili wont fly with the Big Tuna , as far as McNabb , his ego got in the way of his leadership and him and TO just clashed , it happens

Terrell Owens is an egotistical son of a b*tch...and the Eagles made the right decision to cut the fruitcake from the team. T.O. makes me wanna heave...he makes me sick, how he ruined team morale when he was with the Eagles. What an ingrate!

I think that if T.O. really wanted to get on with football and stop getting this media coverage he's has complained about recently...he shouldn't have written a book about it. This guy really doesn't get it...nobody cares anymore what happened in Philly, because he's gone now. I hope he causes trouble in Dallas, I hate Dallas with a passion....it would be worth hearing about his stupid antics in this case.
My personal take on T.O. is that he has "penis envy"....not literally....but he feels he's got to defend his skills against people like Steve Smith, Randy Moss, Chad Johsnon, and Marvn Harrison....all of whom I'd rather have on my team before T.O.

In my opinion he is a blight. He has some serious mental problems and is very selfish and childish. I cannot believe that he has not learned how to be a grown up. I wonder if he looks at his actions sometimes and asks "what was I thinking?"

Owens is just a showboater.
I can't imagine him surviving a year with Parcells.
I'm so glad the Broncos were just kidding about being
interested in hiring him... (whew)

He's a great player but a total azz-hole even worse than Randy Moss. What is it about NFL WR's?
