They both have good shows. Teen nick is better for older kids, but if you haven't noticed, disney is way more popular. It has Hannah Montana, The Suite Life of Zack and Cody, and High School Musical made the channel even more popular.

Up to you, if you like disney characters, fantasy, magic and a saft place to let your child play without too many pop-ups Disney is your choice. However Nick has more variety of games but most of the time will have pop-ups. Cartoon Network could be another choice but the games are limited and not complete
