That sounds a little odd...you Found it, on the side of the road, in the garbage, in someones home office? You should reinstall windows and that should wipe it out. You can also try loggin in as 'Administrator' with a blank password, might work.

you'll just have to format the whole computer. get a copy of windows XP and install that which will erase the previous version and it will like a brand new computer for only about $90 the cost of Windows XP! lucky you

download a linux iso called NTpassword. It will enable you to change anybodys password on the system.
