Anxiety Disorder is typically something dealt with by a psychiatrist, but feel free to discuss this with your family Doctor, first. He may just prescribe some medication for you & ask you to come back in 6 weeks.

A general practician would be fine. Anxiety disorders ar every common and you don't really need a specialist unless the GP think it is something that needs it.
