No that is not true because I was on birth control for almost six years. From what I could see is that you may gain a little weight but not a lot. So there for your breast may get a little bigger rather than a smaller.

i've been on the pill for a year and my breasts are still the same. if anything does happen, i believe that your brest size would actually increase.

Gee, I guess that's why so many women are getting boob jobs. Seriously, no they won't decrease your breast size. All they do is change your hormones so you can't get pregnant.

no, i asked my doctor this bc they say it regulate hormones and for sme reason that popped into my head. she just laughed and said no :)
